About Me 

I am a qualified counsellor based in Stourbridge, West Midlands, I'm a mum to three grown up boys, I have a passion for helping people and I hope to walk alongside you down whatever path you choose to take us.

As an integrative person-centred counsellor and I will help you to become the best person you can be by listening to you, understanding you and allowing you the space to explore and talk about whatever you wish without fear of feeling judged. I will be by your side through your journey allowing you that safe space and helping you to work through your thoughts and emotions.

I have helped my clients breakdown barriers and overcome the obstacles that they felt were holding them back in life. Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled. Let me help you learn and better understand yourself and develop ways to handle the issues that are standing in the way of your goals.
