As an integrative person-centred counsellor based in Stourbridge, I can provide a therapeutic service that is bespoke to you and your unique and individual needs.
Areas that clients have come to me for support include stress counselling, bereavement counselling, depression counselling, anxiety counselling, offering you a safe space to talk about what is on your mind without judgement. I can offer therapeutic counselling in different ways to suit whatever your needs are, whether it's face to face counselling based at my therapy room in Stourbridge, over the phone, by video-calling and if you are unable to get to me, I can provide home visits across Kidderminster, Halesowen, Dudley, and more on request. I have a purpose built dedicated therapy room that will provide you a safe and peaceful space.

For clients that are unable to get to me I can offer home visits across the West Midlands, specifically covering Kidderminster, Halesowen, and Dudley.
When you're just not feeling usual yourself or you feel like you're stuck in a rut and you can't see a way forward, I will try to help you make sense of what's going on for you so that you can make positive change.
