The NHS have a dedicated mental health helpline for people in an emergency. The link will take you to a form which will partner you with a mental health helpline local to you. The helpline is open 24/7, covers a wide range of circumstances and is strictly confidential.

Not everyone is in a comfortable position to take counselling yet, when you're ready, I'm here to listen. For those that need help but don't feel ready to speak to a counsellor, I have compiled a list of charities that might be able to help in providing advice and support.
